The RulesDuring semester one complete 16 tasks (or as many as you can) from your game sheet. There are eight tasks already filled in, the remaining eight can be selected from the list on the back of the sheet where all tasks are explained in more detail . Everyone who completes 16 tasks (8 compulsory, 8 optional) by the 13th of June will go into the draw for the major prize. The completed game sheet must be handed in (to your campus principal) by Friday 21 June to be eligible for the draw. The prize draw will take place at the staff meeting on the last day of term two, Friday 28 June. Minor prizes will be awarded throughout the semester - see Prizes for more information. Tasks can be completed in any order; each complete row or column will increase your chance of winning a minor prize. When planning visits to classrooms please consider the following:
For each task you complete there will be one or more signatures to collect, along with the date. You must also record each task here as soon as possible to make sure you go in the fortnightly prize draws. For each task you complete you can claim 30 minutes of professional learning for your VIT registration. All participants will be issued with a certificate recording the professional learning time accrued. To get a certificate you must register every task on the website. |
